Beauty & Well-Being

Beauty the quality or group of qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to the senses or the mind” (Merriam Webster Definition of Beauty)

Beauty is a complex concept that has evolved over time and across cultures. Traditionally, beauty has been defined in terms of physical appearance, focusing on symmetry, proportion, and youth. However, there has been a growing movement in recent years to redefine beauty to be more inclusive and holistic.

Today, many believe that beauty is not just about physical appearance but also mental health and well-being. A person who is confident, happy, and healthy is often seen as being more beautiful than someone physically attractive but unhappy or insecure.

An important aspect of beauty is feeling postive about one’s hair. Hair can be a source of great pride and confidence, but it can also be a source of stress and anxiety for some people. It is important to remember that all hair types and textures are beautiful and that there is no right way to wear one’s hair.

Beauty is about inclusivity. We celebrate all types of beauty, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, size, or ability. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful and confident in their skin.

So, find hairstyles that you love and makes you feel confident. Take care of your hair by using the right products and styling it using the right products for your hair type. Beauty can be subjective; the most important thing is feeling good about yourself and appreciating your unique beauty.
